PROFESSIONAL QUOTES
Special quotes are available for certain products to the professionals, the design trade and builders as well as for large quantity purchases.  Please contact customer service via email for qualification requirements.  We can also quote prices on products from many lighting companies.  Simply, email us the vendor and the product number for best pricing.

SHIPPING TIME

Due to multiple vendors  the shipping time varies according to the products ordered.  Some products might not arrive together due to multiple shipping points.  The average shipping time is between one to three weeks for stocked items.  From time to time ordered items might be back ordered.   Once we receive your order, you will be notified within two working days concerning the status of your order via e-mail.  Back ordered items might be cancelled if they have not been already shipped. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Free Shipping on orders over $199 to continental United States only.  Orders less than $199 are charged a non refundable $15 shipping and handling fee.  Orders will be shipped at our discretion via common carriers.  For outside continental US destinations additional charges will apply.  We do not ship internationally.

TAX INFORMATION

We offer Tax free shopping for all States including California.   As a courtesy for our California customers,  Lighting Fusion will pay the sales taxes for our customers in this state.

RETURNS

Here at lighting Fusion we strive to provide you only the best products.  In order to keep our prices low we have instituted a return policy that is consistent with industry wide practices.  To minimize the inconvenience of returns please do not hesitate to contact  customer service for any questions you might have in regards to size, color, or applicability of a product..  To minimize the possibility of returns it is helpful to go through the following check list:

1) Check to see if the size of the fixture is appropriate for your applications.
2) Do you have very tall ceiling that requires extra wire, a slanted ceiling that might require a swivel or a very short ceiling requiring shortening of the fixture?
3) What is your illumination requirement? Does the chosen fixture provide adequate light?
4) There are natural variations in hand made product such as faux finishes and glass color.  We have tried display the most realistic picture of our products but sometimes the natural variations on hand made products are a little different than the picture shown.
5) When ordering large quantities of the same item, it is sometimes advisable to order a sample to make sure that the product will work for you.
6) Is there any local regulation that require energy saving fixtures?
7) Always contact the customer service if you have any questions about the appropriateness of a product.  The best way to do this is through e-mail. In this way we can make sure one of our lighting professional will answer your questions.

RETURN POLICY

If our customers receive a defective or non functioning product, Lighting Fusion will replace the same item at no additional costs.  Our clients are required to notify Lighting Fusion of any defects or breakage with in 15 days of the receipt of the product.  Due to fragile nature of lighting fixtures, from time to time the customer might receive damaged or broken parts.  In order to reduce the waiting time in some instances it is possible to request a part only (for example broken glass).  This will greatly reduce the time and the paperwork necessary for replacement of damaged products. 

Orders can be returned within 15 days of the receipt of the products on the following conditions:

1) A Return Goods Authorization (RGA#) number must be requested through e-mail only.
2) All items must be in their original packaging and in resalable conditions.  Items must not be installed, altered or used in any way.
3) The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
4) Due to shipping and handling charges imposed on us by the vendors, there will be a 25% restocking fee on all returned items.
5) No returns on orders more than $2000
6) No returns on special ordered items. 
7) Truck sized items will incur an additional $100 charge.
8) RGA # request must be made within 15 days of receipt of the item
9) The item must be shipped to Lighting fusion within 15 days of receipt of RGA#
10) Purchase from Lighting Fusion constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of  the return policy.

The return policy is designed to minimize the cost of the items to the lighting professional and in no way Lighting Fusion incurs any financial benefit from the restocking fees.  Indeed this fee covers only a fraction of our actual costs.  Once you decide to return an item please contact customer service through e-mail only and request an RGA form.  Further instructions will be provided at that time.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Unshipped items can be cancelled free of charge as long as the item was not manufactured or customized in any way or has not been shipped by the vendor.  In transit products will be considered as shipped items and regular return policies apply.

WARRANTIES

Many vendors provide a one year warranty on their products.  In general this is applicable to internal wiring and workmanship, however, wear and tear due to non- natural events are usually not covered by their warranty.  Light bulbs supplied with fixtures are not covered under any circumstances. Moreover, if the product has been altered or used for purposes other than those for which it was it designed, the applicable warranties will not be applicable.  Please note that Lighting Fusion is not responsible for any defect or malfunction of the lighting products offered for sale.

ERRORS AND POLICY CHANGES

Policies and prices are subject to change without notice.  In the event that a product is listed incorrectly or there is a price mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order placed under these conditions. 

DISCLAIMER OF DEFECTS

Under no circumstances Lighting Fusion or any member thereof shall be responsible for any incidental or consequential property damages or bodily injuries arising from the use or misuse of any products sold by this entity.
